Permissions & Sharing

Set up granular permissions and define users' powers from creator to viewer.
Why it's important? ☝️ Keep the information secure and share precisely what you need, from the whole workspace to a separate task, feature, or document. Use group permissions and custom access templates to simplify access management, and enable SAML for a seamless experience.

Team space sharing

Share an entire team space (e.g. Product Management or Research), along with its data and visualizations. Choose the access level: Creator, Editor, Contributor, or Viewer.

Team space sharing

🤓 Check out the Help Guide on Space sharing.

Group permissions

Have a larger workspace and managing access for each person individually seems like a nightmare?

Create custom user groups and share things with the entire teams, roles, or tribes in one go:

  • Marketing team → Editors of Marketing team space & Viewers of Product Management space;
  • Team Alpha → Editors of Product Management and Engineering team spaces.
Group permissions

🤓 Check out the Help Guide on Group permissions.

❕ Note: this feature is available on the Pro plan.

Card & doc sharing

Share individual cards (e.g. Marketing Task, Support Ticket, or Feature) when the person has no higher-level access.

Choose if you want to extend the access to all cards linked together with the main one:

  • Project → its Tasks and Allocations;
  • Feature → its Stories, Bugs, and Dev Tasks;
  • Client → its Contacts and Opportunities.
Card & doc sharing

🤓 Check out the Help Guide on Entity sharing.

Custom access templates

Set up custom access templates to provide granular access to a set of linked cards:

  • when sharing a Task, share Subtasks but not Time Logs;
  • when sharing a Product, share not only Features and Marketing Campaigns, but also Stories and Tasks one level deeper.
Custom access templates

🤓 Check out the Help Guide on Custom access templates.

❕ Note: this feature is available on the Pro plan.

Authentification methods

Manage how your users sign in: via email+password, Google or Microsoft account, or SAML SSO (Okta, ActiveDirectory, etc.)

Authentification methods

🤓 Check out the Help Guide on Authentification Methods.

SAML SSO

Use single sign-on (SSO) to centralize access management — and connect Fibery to Okta, OneLogin, Azure AD, or your custom SAML 2.0 solution.

🤓 Check out the Help Guide on SAML SSO.

❕ Note: this feature is available on the Pro plan.
